Description

Our talented Operations and Maintenance department is responsible for the upkeep of all of our buildings (Public Works), ensuring that proper maintenance and all repairs are dealt with properly and safely.

Our job never stops as we ensure everything from the plumbing to air conditioning to the exterior of the buildings is well maintained and in excellent condition. Responsive and knowledgeable, we care about our community and the properties we maintain.

Emergencies: Emergencies outside of regular office hours can be directed to the Operations and Maintenance manager.
