Description

Our Elders are a vital part of WFN life. On top of our deep family connection to them, they provide tradition, knowledge, culture, values, and lessons with traditional practices. Ensuring that our elders are cared for, that their knowledge is captured and transferred to the next generation, and that they enjoy a long life of respect and engagement in our community is part of our work.

We ensure our elders have access to the support they need to navigate government and medical structures, access the care, food and medicine they need to stay healthy and maintain healthy relationships within our community.
